Seating Allocation for the Øl Telecom Assembly at 39c3

Øl Telecom will once again be present at the 39th Chaos Communication Congress (39c3) with its own assembly. This year, the Congress organization has introduced a new system for the allocation of seating space to assemblies.

Under this system, the number of chairs assigned to an assembly is determined by how many attendees explicitly select that assembly on their ticket order page. In previous years, seating was assigned without such a mechanism; this change is intended to enable a more transparent and equitable distribution of space.

We therefore kindly ask attendees who consider themselves allied with Øl Telecom, and who are not representing another assembly, to select the Øl Telecom assembly on their order page. Doing so will directly influence the amount of seating space allocated to us, and will help ensure that we can adequately accommodate participants throughout the event.

The order page can be accessed via the Pretix web interface. A link to this interface is included in the Pretix confirmation emails sent to ticket holders for 39c3. In cases where tickets were ordered by another person, for example when using an angel voucher, that person will have received the relevant Pretix emails and can make the selection on your behalf.
